ABOUT THIS ROLE
In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate upkeep of Audible's content slates, project trackers and budget overviews for our marketplaces in UK, Germany, France, Italy and Spain. You will report into the EU Programming Lead and support the content teams. For this purpose, you will source information from a variety of departments and databases in partnership with our content creation, production and partnering teams. You will communicate relevant details across teams and provide regularly consistent and clear updates. You will work on the local content slates in alignment with our global content creation and tied to seasonal and other occasions. The Manager, Content Programming will also coordinate with various stakeholders in marketing to guarantee the best possible content recommendation for our customers and prospects. You will constantly monitor our results in comparison with our most relevant financial and other business planning KPIs.

You use your media know-how and analytical talent to support the building of the best possible content program for our customer.

As Manager, Content Programming, you will...
- Accurately manage and communicate Audible's program slates in the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy and Spain. Collaborate closely with the content teams in Berlin and London to ensure accuracy of our program tracker in each of the five marketplaces
- Overview budgets and accurately track changes in release dates and financial data. Enhance processes for tracking and communicating these changes
- Identify and propose marketing opportunities for our Original and other owned creations and our content from external sources. Support various marketing stakeholders with content prioritization and the best content selection for their campaigns
- Organize cross-functional program meetings including preparation, moderation note-taking, and follow-up tracking. Coordinate in particular the preparation of regular content previews for all five marketplaces
- Inform internal stakeholders from content, marketing and other departments across the global organization about programmatic highlights and developments. Deliver content input for regular reporting

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Hands-on experience and comfort with the Office suite of tools (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) as well as content management or similar data administration
- 3+ years' work experience in a media entertainment environment, preferably in a direct-to-consumer or programming capacity
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with people both inside and outside the immediate department
- Extraordinary attention to detail at high volume
- Professional English languages skills (and experience) in verbal and written communication. Professional language skills in German, French, Italian and Spanish are a definite plus

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- A desire to find the most efficient ways of doing things - whether that means innovating current processes, or seeking out how to improve them
- Quick to learn/adapt to internal tools and processes for maximum impact
- Comfort working in a highly matrixed organization where collaboration with various stakeholder is required to drive projects
- Good communication skills verbal and written form
- Ability to manage a large and ever-changing workload with grace and efficiency
- A sense of urgency combined with the ability to independently prioritize tasks and to work independently as well as with supervised direction
- Appreciation of audio entertainment
