About the role...

We're on the lookout for a talented social media professional to join our team as a Content Lead. Working across a varied range of clients, you'll be responsible for creating impactful content and campaigns, dipping into everything from copywriting and briefing creative to scheduling and ensuring alignment with the overall social strategy.

As a Content Lead at Hydrogen, you will be responsible for leading the content direction for one of our key accounts, as well as being the go-to across the agency for a particular specialism.

Your role will be client-facing and you'll be expected to work with other teams to deliver an impactful and creative content for your clients. This will include building strong relationships with your clients, being on the lookout for opportunities, and having great ways of working.

What you can expect day-to-day...

Leading as the main point of contact on multiple client accounts and supporting a Senior Account Manager or Senior Content Manager with at least one key business account - owning and driving the content strategy for that client
Responsibility for the overall strategic direction of the content on your client accounts, contributing to initial and ongoing strategy.
Responsibility for ensuring content that is delivered to the client is of excellent quality through vigorous quality assurance checks and aligns with the strategic direction of the account
Responsibility for the growth of the accounts you lead on, with support from the Client Services team and Senior Content Managers.
Overseeing the client creative process and working closely with our design team to ensure we are delivering high-quality creative for content plans and campaigns
Revision and supply of client monthly reports and actioning any recommendations
Supporting and supervising junior members of the content team
Ownership of another function to be allocated alongside client management that enhances our content proposition and contributes to wider business goals
Keeping?up to date?with changes in social media

Who you are...

Previous experience managing multiple social media accounts and be confident in using platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn and TikTok.

You'll also need:

Strong copywriting and analytical skills
Strong organisational skills and ability to?prioritise?
Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop strong and trusting relationships with clients
In depth knowledge of client's business, market and objectives
Full understanding of social media platforms and how to exploit them to?deliver?different marketing objectives???
Ability to deliver high performing content, adapted to audience and brand tone
A can-do attitude and creative flair
Ability to comfortably handle and work on different clients at the same time
Experience in B2B or the energy sector or travel is desirable
