London

Love digital content? Want to make a difference? We have the job for you.

The Which? digital content team is looking for an outstanding content designer to ensure our digital products create as much impact as possible. You'll help us reach even more consumers and using data insights and content design principles, you'll shape multichannel content that helps consumers solve everyday problems and make better decisions.

Which? is the largest independent consumer organisation in the UK. Besides offering expert reviews and advice on almost everything under the sun, our campaigns have driven some of the biggest positive changes for consumers over the past 60 years.

What you'll be doing

As a content designer, you'll be charged with understanding user needs and turning ideas into clear, concise and engaging digital content that meets those needs as effectively as possible. You'll do this by analysing performance and applying UX principles and SEO best practice to enhance existing and develop new articles, videos, graphics and tools.

You'll be part of a larger digital content team, working alongside editors, curators, video producers, SEO experts, content strategists and also our dedicated UX team, and you'll work on everything from TV and tablet reviews to consumer rights advice. You'll think creatively about digital storytelling and be passionate about delivering compelling content that drives traffic, engagement, acquisition and retention - but most of all helps people in their everyday lives.

Your core responsibilities will be:

Monitoring and reporting on content performance
Identifying trends and communicating actionable insights
Helping create, develop and implement best-in-class digital assets that enhance and improve the digital content experience
What we're looking for

A content design superstar! Seriously, we're after someone who is passionate about building amazing content experiences that help UK consumers, and you'll certainly be able to draw upon your strong technical skills, including content analytics and SEO when doing so. You'll also be happy working with spreadsheets and Excel tools too to uncover key data insights. A talent for writing and communicating is also important and, because you'll be juggling multiple projects, great organisational skills are essential.
