We are looking for a talented Multimedia Content Creator to join our dynamic Today FM team fulltime which is responsible for creating the millions of listens, engagements and original music and entertainment content across all of our platforms.

The successful candidate will form part of Ireland's strongest audio content team as well as being provided relevant opportunities for on-air production responsibilities with Ireland's best music and entertainment broadcasters.

what You'll do:

Generate ideas and produce Today FM's digital content, including outstanding audio and video moments.
Edit and post audio to the Today FM Podcast Network on a daily basis.
Ensuring all content is on brand and in-line with Today FM's Brand framework, including audio, video and written content.
Balancing content across shows, station tactics and mechanics, in line with programming under the guidance of the M&E Programming team.
Track and analyse Digital Data across all platforms on a daily basis.
This role demands a dynamic and creative individual, bursting with talent, with a strong grasp of what engages audiences on social.
Based in our Dublin headquarters, you'll be working with a dynamic team of like-minded individuals in a truly collaborative environment.
You will also have the opportunity and ability to pivot from digital to content curation for actual live shows taking on responsibilities to assist on Today FM broadcasts.

If the following traits sound like you, you might be the right candidate:

You have written, video, and audio editing experience.
You have knowledge of Adobe Audition, WordPress, and Premiere Pro.
You have excellent social media experience - Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok. Photoshop skills are a bonus.
You have an understanding of analytics to judge performance, especially Google Analytics.
You are KPI-driven, with an inherent understanding that numbers & performance is the no.1 priority.
You are flexible and are willing to work shifts and weekends.
You demonstrate an ability to work in a fast-paced, pressurized environment with the capability of creating outstanding written, video, and audio content in the same shift.
You are versatile and have the ability to adapt and engage in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
You have a strong interest in music and entertainment trends for a mainstream audience.

Multimedia experience that includes video.
Solid working knowledge of Google analytics and similar performance tools.
RCS Selector and Zetta experience beneficial but training will be provided.
