We're on the hunt for an energetic, proactive, and deeply social-obsessed Content Creator who lives and breathes culture, trends, and platform-native storytelling. You don't just use TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts and Meta - you understand why content works and how to make it stop the scroll.From fast-turnaround, phone-shot reactive content to polished, premium social films, you can ideate, shoot, direct and edit end-to-end. You're comfortable doing it all, bringing creativity, curiosity, and innovation to every brief - and you know how to clearly communicate what makes great content great.ResponsibilitiesCreate high-performing, social-native content across platforms, spotting trends, formats and cultural moments that drive engagementIdeate independently or collaboratively with creatives, strategists and producersShoot, direct and edit content using both phone and premium camera workflows depending on the ideaDevelop concepts grounded in platform behaviour and visual language, tailored to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and emerging channelsLead agile productions - from self-shot creator setups to mid-scale influencer-style shootsCollaborate with influencer talent and enhance supplied content in post-production when neededEdit at speed, delivering platform-specific cutdowns, versions and optimised assetsStay ahead of emerging trends, tools and formats - especially GenAI and creator tech - and proactively bring ideas to the teamKeep clear feedback loops with producers and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and quality controlQualifications Experience creating social-first content for brands, agencies, production companies or your own channelA strong, demonstrable portfolio showcasing native social storytelling and high-engagement workExcellent phone-shot skills plus confidence with premium camera workflows (e.g. Sony FX3, Canon R5)Solid knowledge of basic lighting and sound setupsHighly proficient in editing (Premiere, CapCut or similar), with sharp instincts for pacing, text, transitions and soundStrong understanding of social performance metrics and best-practice optimisationAbility to juggle multiple projects and turn around content quickly without losing attention to detailExperience developing creative ideas, decks or storyboards (Google Suite preferred)A collaborative, positive mindset and willingness to flex across production roles
