Compositor

Role and responsibilities
• Stitch and blend live-action images.
• Seamlessly integrate all the layers or elements of a shot, including live-action and computer graphic elements in a stereoscopic 360° environment.
• Adjust alignment, modulate depth and balance colour in a stereoscopic composite.
• Prepare and adjust elements either by extracting or rotoscoping.
• Adjust and improve depth and convergence.
• Seamlessly integrate live action, miniature and CGI elements.
• Colour correct and grade.
• Create graphic elements for stereoscopic 360.
• Follow production methodologies and develop creative approaches and problem-solving.

Desired Skills and Experience Required competencies
• Minimum of 3 years in the VFX industry
• Experience with the Nokia OZO post production suite, desirably but non-essential.
• Experience using Nuke & Cara VR.
• Advanced level skills in stereoscopic compositing
• Work experience on high profile 360 productions
• Experience using a nodal compositing application
• Experience in 2d to 3d conversion is a strong asset
