JAM VFX are looking to hire a highly skilled compositor for their London VFX studio. This position requires in-depth knowledge of Autodesk Flame. You will be responsible for fine detail conform, VFX work and finishing of Episodic & Commercial projects. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, a thorough understanding of the post-production process, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues alike.

As part of the VFX department you will collaborate with all of the different disciplines to create exceptional quality visual effects that will help bring ours and our clients creative vision to life.

Key Responsibilities:

? Pitching and quoting for new work, outlining your creative approach to a brief

? Lead compositing, compositing of VFX/CGI elements, and the creation and integration of motion GFX

? Fulfill the creative expectations set by both the client and VFX Supervisor

? On-set VFX Supervision

? Hold a room with Clients when finishing and use effective communication to ensure the clients and our creative vision is fulfilled

? Solving creative problems using simple, efficient techniques

About you:

? Minimum of 4 years experience working as a compositor in TV/Commercials and/or motion pictures

? High level working knowledge of Flame

? Experience working directly with and interfacing with clients

? On-Set supervision experience

? Ability to multi task and engage with several projects at the same time

? Ability to react to changes efficiently and meet delivery deadlines

? Ability to work in a high pressured and evolving environment whilst still delivering top quality results

Nice to have:

? An interest in art and photography

? Working knowledge of Nuke

? Knowledge of 3D software packages such as C4D & Maya
