We are looking for a Colourist Assistant to join our growing team.

Working as part of our finishing department this exciting role involves supporting our colour grading and finishing suites and working alongside our world class creative team of Colourists and Finishing artists.

Using state of the art workflows, system and technology this essential position involves supporting our grading and finishing suites working on high profile shows for global streaming services, studios and broadcasters.

To be considered for this position you will need to demonstrate evidence of the following:

• Excellent working knowledge and experience of the Baselight Colour Grading platform
• Knowledge of finishing systems such as Flame and Avid
• Experience conforming and preparing material for grading and finishing suites
• First class knowledge of post production workflows and technology
• A strong understanding of D.I workflows, colour management, codecs and frame rates
• Quality control awareness and the ability to assess image quality
• Knowledge of broadcaster specifications and technical delivery requirements
