Key Responsibilities

Generate 4 new content ideas per week, backed by research and insights on why they'll perform well on YouTube and fit the Chuff Reacts brand

Develop creative briefs for approved ideas - including intro scripts, video structure options, thumbnail concepts, pacing adjustments, and potential gamified elements

Craft compelling title options and lead the thumbnail development process - from researching concepts and sketching ideas to collaborating with designers on final assets

Research successful formats, hooks, and thumbnails from other niches (e.g. gaming, sports, lifestyle) and explore ways to adapt them for the reacts space

Contribute to overall channel strategy, helping shape long-term content direction and creative growth

Requirements

Strong interest and experience in both the Reacts space and YouTube, with a deep understanding of what works on the platform.

A creative mindset with a proven ability to generate and package video ideas that are innovative, engaging, and highly shareable.

A track record of problem-solving and the ability to think quickly and creatively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Adaptability to shifting priorities, tight deadlines, and multiple projects-without sacrificing quality.

Highly organized and self-motivated, with a strong ability to collaborate within a team and contribute to shared goals.
