We're looking to work with an enthusiastic character animator on a freelance basis and working remotely, for a current corporate video project.

Stada Video is a fast growing media production specialist, producing creative video content for clients across the UK. We're also expanding in to TV and film production.

Position: 3D Character Animator/Freelance
Employer: Stada Video
Reporting to: Head of Production
Location: Remotely
Wage: Freelance rate negotiable depending on experience
Hours: tbc
Start Date: November 2015

You'll be responsible for:
Rigging & animating 3D characters (bipeds & creatures)
Modelling & Texturing objects & characters (with the help of another 3D modeler)
Lighting & rendering scenes to a high standard
Creating assets for other members of the post production team

You'll Have:
Proficient skills in Maya or 3Ds Max
Strong Character Animation skills
Good drawing, modelling & texturing skills
Ability to Rig characters
A good understanding of lighting & rendering techniques
Strong knowledge of composition
Patience & concentration
Ability to take direction
Ability to work as part of a broader production team
Ability to work to production deadlines and meet clients' commercial requirements
