What does a CGI Producer do at Hogarth? Based in our Shenfield office combined with flexible working, we are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious and nimble CGI Producer that is able to think on their feet and run projects from pitch stage to final delivery. You will work with our talented CGI and Real Time teams to produce exceptional content alongside managing the client relationship. We want somebody that can think outside the box to find solutions for our clients and business, has an interest in CGI and is excellent at communicating with all stakeholders and team members.Key client responsibilitiesLead interface for the day-to-day client engagement on assigned projectsPoint of contact for client queries on assigned projects regarding status, timings, budgets, queries and changesDeliver exemplary customer service while delivering the projectEngage in new opportunities with clientsKey project responsibilitiesInitiate, define, plan and manage delivery of projects for clients across a range of different media depending on experience, this media could include but not limited to:CGI ImageryCGI Animations / VideosImmersive experiencesCreation of Statements of Works, estimates, briefs, project plans, RAID logsManaging the day to day running of projects including maintaining project plans, RAID logs, RAG Status, daily scrums and change controlEnsuring resourcing projects are done so in good time and the team are fully informed of their deliverablesOrganise and manage iterations and scrum meetings where applicableOrganise and manage retrospectives and lesson learnt sessions when applicable and document these sessionsFully monitor project Risks and Issues, ensuring where required that actions are in place to resolve or mitigate, escalating at the earliest possible opportunity when requiredRegular financial reporting & reconciliations, ensuring project budgets are managed within tolerancesSupport and collaborate with various internal departments across all stages of the projectBe able to interface with third-party vendorsEnsure high quality delivery of projects, often assuming a Quality Assurance rolePlanning and management of any photoshootsNegotiation of usage rights on behalf of clients (per change to operating policy - licensed/purchased/managed by client but initially sort by us where no other option.)RequirementsExperience of CGI workflows and terminology, with a base technical knowledge to be able to translate client requirements into tangible deliverables for accurate estimatingUnderstanding of software such as 3DS MAX, Maya and VRAY, AFX or Realtime advantageousDemonstrable project co-ordination or management experience in working in a CGI studio environmentUse of project planning software or applications such as MS Projects
