What does a CGI Producer do at Hogarth?

Based in our Shenfield office combined with flexible working, we are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious and nimble CGI Producer that is able to think on their feet and run projects from pitch stage to final delivery. You will work with our talented CGI and Real Time teams to produce exceptional content alongside managing the client relationship. We want somebody that can think outside the box to find solutions for our clients and business, has an interest in CGI and is excellent at communicating with all stakeholders and team members.

Key client responsibilities

Lead interface for the day-to-day client engagement on assigned projects
Point of contact for client queries on assigned projects regarding status, timings, budgets, queries and changes
Deliver exemplary customer service while delivering the project
Engage in new opportunities with clients

Key project responsibilities

Initiate, define, plan and manage delivery of projects for clients across a range of different media depending on experience, this media could include but not limited to:
CGI Imagery
CGI Animations / Videos
Immersive experiences
Creation of Statements of Works, estimates, briefs, project plans, RAID logs
Managing the day to day running of projects including maintaining project plans, RAID logs, RAG Status, daily scrums and change control
Ensuring resourcing projects are done so in good time and the team are fully informed of their deliverables
Organise and manage iterations and scrum meetings where applicable
Organise and manage retrospectives and lesson learnt sessions when applicable and document these sessions
Fully monitor project Risks and Issues, ensuring where required that actions are in place to resolve or mitigate, escalating at the earliest possible opportunity when required
Regular financial reporting & reconciliations, ensuring project budgets are managed within tolerances
Support and collaborate with various internal departments across all stages of the project
Be able to interface with third-party vendors
Ensure high quality delivery of projects, often assuming a Quality Assurance role
Planning and management of any photoshoots
Negotiation of usage rights on behalf of clients (per change to operating policy - licensed/purchased/managed by client but initially sort by us where no other option.)

Requirements

Experience of CGI workflows and terminology, with a base technical knowledge to be able to translate client requirements into tangible deliverables for accurate estimating
Understanding of software such as 3DS MAX, Maya and VRAY, AFX or Realtime advantageous
Demonstrable project co-ordination or management experience in working in a CGI studio environment
Use of project planning software or applications such as MS Projects
