CG Environments Artist

Stirling / Remote REMOTE

Wild Child Animation is looking for an experienced CG Environments Artist to join us for an exciting development project. You will have 4+ years experience, ideally working across children's animated TV. You will be an expert modeller with the technical and artistic ability to take an environment from concept to final look dev. This role will predominantly be working with Zbrush, Substance Painter and Maya but experience with Unreal Engine would be an advantage. Initially this will be a short term freelance contract with the hope of finding a team member who could join us for future projects.



Build, texture and look dev environments for a stylised CG children's TV show
Provide artistic and technical expertise
Ability to work to a brief
Work closely with Leads and Heads of Department to ensure assets meet technical requirements
Attend director and client reviews - if required - to develop the style
Track and action any notes within the constraints of the schedule
Liase with Production to ensure assets are delivered in a timely manner
Experience with Maya, Zbrush and Substance Painter
Experience with Unreal Engine would be an advantage but not essential
