We are looking for a bright, experienced and tenacious casting researcher for a property make over show to start ASAP. We need someone to find a diverse mix of people whose homes could benefit from a tidy up and mini renovation. Ideally we are looking for someone who is an expert at outreach who can think outside the box and reach people who don't usually apply to be on TV. This will not just be searching social media and casting call outs; we need you to be far more creative to reach underserved communities. This will be a full-on role finding a large number of contributors and we need someone to hit the ground running.
