Love Productions are looking for experienced Casting Researchers for high-profile returning competition formats.

3x prime time casting researcher credits for major broadcasters.
Experience with competition format casting and confidence with high-volume telephone interviews is essential.
Experience doing extensive social media and phone outreach and targeting of hard-to-reach communities.
Comfortable pitching contributors internally with an eye for compelling stories and authentic characters.
Experience with high-volume background checks and paperwork.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines as part of a team.
We'd welcome candidates with an interest in pottery, sewing, or other crafts.

Start: Various dates in April 2026.
Base: Bristol (office-based)
