We are a creative team that produces TV and event content for a variety of clients.

We are currently looking for Casting Researcher / AP / Guest Booker to research and engage an exclusive audience to attend a tech event in China in November.

The event attracts Executives at the highest level - CEOs and other C-Suite Executives - and your role will be to secure guest bookings and nurture relationships with key contacts. You'll be comfortable, confident and professional in your telephone manner when engaging senior Executives, PAs and Press offices. You'll have uncanny ability to charm your way through telephone gatekeepers to speak to the right person.

While not a sales role, you will be comfortable working to audience booking targets, able to undertake quality research and assimilate information quickly and tailor your pitch to get buy-in.

Part of the events team, you may also have the opportunity to contribute to the other elements of the event production and logistics.

Responsibilities of the role and skills required:

- Ability to research high-level representatives from a variety of fields including; CEOs, NGOs, academics, and policymakers

- Ability to communicate topic themes and objectives of the event clearly by phone and email. Communication with invitees and their corporate communications teams at volume

- Maintain a database of contacts and manage confirmed attendee list

- Excellent communication skills and strong experience with Microsoft Office/Excel

Experience of booking panelists and guests at volume would be particularly advantageous, as would knowledge and experience of global business news and trends, particularly in technology.

This role is for a 7 month period with an ASAP start.
