Job Opportunity: Casting Assistant Producer

Base: Remote or Cardiff office

Contract: ASAP to Jan 2026

Have a proven track record of casting for fact-ent/reality shows
Can source brilliant, diverse contestants with great stories
Thrive under pressure and can manage high-volume casting within tight deadlines
Work collaboratively with editorial and production teams to deliver top-tier talent
