Love Productions are looking for experienced Casting APs for high-profile returning competition formats.

Experience with competition format casting and confidence with high-volume telephone interviews is essential.
Experience doing extensive outreach and targeting of hard-to-reach communities.
Knowledge of social media platforms inc. Facebook, Instagram and TikTok and how to use these as effective casting tools.
Experience pitching contributors internally with a sharp eye for compelling stories and authentic characters.
Experience with high-volume background checks and paperwork.
Ability to work to tight deadlines as part of a team.
Experience with screen testing and self-shooting is desirable but not essential.
We'd welcome candidates with an interest in pottery, sewing, or other crafts.

Start: Various dates in April 2026.
Base: Bristol (office-based)
