Office hours: Mon to Fri 10:00 - 19:00

The Role:

As Casting Agent, you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. You will be required to liaise between our Clients and cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of Artistes to major production companies that we work with here at Uni-versal Extras. As part of this role you will manage and develop client accounts (productions) to initiate and maintain a positive relationship with the clients, whilst ensuring that customer requirements are delivered. You will also be responsible for leading a team of Casting Co-ordinators dedicated to meeting the operational needs of assigned Productions.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Artistes according to the client's requirements and production objectives
Casting looks: Responsible for the visual interpretation of the brief and production details, a good eye for face and body is critical to create "look portfolio" for production in accordance with their requirements
Design, develop and deploy all elements of the casting process across artistes, clients and prospects in order to maximise speed to market, deliver revenue and control costs.
Responsible for delivering against monthly targets
Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with Clients
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal stakeholders
Forecast and track key account metrics
Enhance department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
Monitor and analyse client's uptake of Uni-versal Extras services
Responsible for working with the CEO to onboard and integrate new clients and develop existing client relationships

Personal Requirements:

Proven casting, account management or other relevant experience
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
