The Role
We're currently recruiting a Camera Operator / Editor to be the creative force behind capturing and shaping compelling video content that showcases our brand, products, and customer stories.



This role involves creating content at the training facility, as well as at the stadium both home and away fixtures, nationally and internationally. It will require a commitment to working some evenings and weekends, with any additional hours compensated through time off in lieu (TOIL).



Job Purpose

To capture high-quality video content both on-location and in-studio.
To expertly edit long and short form video content for YouTube and social media platforms, maintaining a consistent Tottenham Hotspur look and feel.
To manage all aspects of video production including lighting, audio, and asset organisation.
To collaborate with the team in growing viewer engagement and delivering polished, professional video content that drives business growth.


Key Responsibilities

Shoot professional, high-quality footage for various video formats.
Manage lighting, audio, and camera equipment during shoots to ensure excellent production standards.
Edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro (and other relevant software) to produce engaging and polished final products.
Maintain a consistent style and branding across all video content in line with Tottenham Hotspur's identity.
Organise and manage digital asset libraries for easy access and efficient workflow.
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop concepts and storyboards that bring stories to life.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technology in video production and editing.
Work independently on shoot days while ensuring deadlines and project goals are met.
Management and organisation of equipment and kit room, ensuring all kit is looked after, accounted for and in working order.


What you will bring

Proven experience operating professional camera equipment and managing video shoots.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; familiarity with After Effects, Final Cut Pro or Da Vinci Resolve is advantageous.
Strong storytelling skills with an excellent eye for visual composition, colour correction, and audio management.
Experience editing content for multiple platforms, including short and long form content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and more.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and maintain high attention to detail.
A proactive, creative approach to problem-solving and content creation.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate within a fast-paced team environment.
Photography skills are a plus.
