The purpose of this role is to provide full administrative support to the business development team and manage any new opportunities through the company workflow. With training you will quickly gain a good understanding of what marketing materials are required for certain client opportunities and be able to pull those together into presentations for the Business Development Manager to service those leads. When a lead develops into a client pitch you will take the brief from the Business Development Manager and - having liaised with the pitch owner - co-ordinate job functions across the business to ensure that they deliver the best possible creative presentation. You are not responsible for creating this pitch but you are responsible for ensuring key milestones are being hit by all parties and to report progress back to the BDM. Your remit is also to ensure that the CRM database is kept constantly up to date, manage regular reporting, provide new insights to improve the performance of the sales team and continually look for improvements in the CRM set up.
