We also operate four of the UK's biggest FMCG brands including the iconic Lotto and EuroMillions.How you'll make a differenceCoordination of all production activities for Broadcast & Production and maintaining the Broadcast Planner. Acting as a first point of contact for queries from the wider Camelot group and externally from resale clients for the facility at Pinewood Studios, and helping to manage and grow awareness of Broadcast & Production services across Camelot UK stakeholders and the wider Camelot groupBooking facilities and producing Call Sheets and Risk Assessments for shoots, edits and post-productionBooking freelance video crews, talent and contributors and maintaining and up to date database of crews across the UKManaging enquiries on Clip Licence requests and arranging clearances and releases and PRS music clearancesManaging the administration of the department. Raising Purchase Orders and liaising with Accounts and third party suppliers;, diary management for the team, acting as point of contact for the Customer Operations team.Drawing up the Duty Broadcast Managers rota and ensuring it is up to date and that cover is always availableProviding support to the Controller of Broadcast & Production in filing expense claims and managing the annual production budgetWhat you'll bring to the tableGood organisational and administrative skills, ideally gained through working in television/video production environmentExcellent skills in working with Google G Suite compiling Google Slides presentations and producing Google Sheets, Excel and Google Docs/Word documents, using all these packagesWorking knowledge of broadcast television and online video production processes, live streaming and social media platforms
