The Pro Motion Hire desk is responsible for all equipment hire enquiries and bookings. We are looking for a temporary Bookings Coordinator to help us out over the next month. This role would be perfect for a Production Coordinator or Secretary in between contracts. Responsibilities• Dealing with all client equipment hire booking requests.• Responding to any client problems or queries.• Working alongside our warehouse team to ensure prompt & correct delivery of all kit.• Building & developing good industry relationships with other companies.• Various administrative duties including setting up new client accounts and regular invoicing. Required Skills• Exceptional levels of customer service.• Excellent phone manner and comfortable dealing with a high volume of e-mails & phone calls every day.• Good knowledge of Broadcast & Film equipment.• Very good computer skills.• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and calmly in a busy environment.• Relevant industry experience preferred.
