The Role

Your daily to-dos might look like this:

Editing and delivering video assets for both Trinny London (the brand) and Trinny Woodall (the person) for Youtube, Facebook and Instagram, working collaboratively with all teams to ensure approvals and feedback have been actioned
Delivering videos that align with our visual identity and edits that are on-trend and engaging
Working alongside the design team and performance marketing teams on some projects actuating briefs that require still and motion
Working within Asana to communicate project milestones / developments and collaborating with producers and channel leads to deliver assets on time and to brief
Complete post-production tasks for projects such as colour balancing, encoding and subtitling videos so that our videos remain platform ready and supporting our editors with delivery of video assets
Supporting the team with uploading content to Frame.io so that channel leads have access to footage and delivered files
Researching original images, music, and video content as support material to video shoots
Perform quality assurance on all video footage
Accurately archive footage

Requirements
These skills will help you go far in this role:

Video editing background proven experience using Adobe Premiere Pro to edit a variety of video content for beauty and fashion brands, particularly within social / paid social.
Knowledge of applications such as Adobe After Effects, Photoshop etc.
Knowledge of video compression and optimisation for web video
Ability to work well within a fast-paced environment well under pressure with a flexible, creative attitude both within a team and autonomously
Good understanding of audio capture and sound quality control
Knowledge of producing video for various devices e.g. iphone, ipad etc, and interest of new developments and innovation in video content
Knowledge and experience shooting for Facebook and Instagram Live
Proven ability to work to stringent deadlines as part of a team or autonomously
