Full-time, fixed-term position (48 hours/week)

Are you passionate about music, experienced with musical instruments and love live entertainment? Do you want to be part of a team on tour for a musical production and ensure the smooth operation of the backline? Then join our team at System Provider Eventmanagement GmbH.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Set up, maintain, and service all instruments and backline equipment
• Adjust and check instruments before rehearsals and performances
• Support musicians during soundchecks and shows
• Safe packing of instruments for transport between venues
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance on instruments
• Collaborate with stage management, sound, and lighting departments to ensure smooth operations
• Document equipment, repairs, and special notes
• Ensure smooth workflows during rehearsals and performances
• Assist in planning equipment logistics and technical requirements
• Follow all safety regulations during setup, operation, and transport

YOUR PROFILE / QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum age: 21 years
• Completed training or several years of experience in backline, audio engineering, or live event technology
• Experience leading a backline department, ideally in musicals, theater, or touring productions
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Solid knowledge of instrument care, technical maintenance, and equipment handling
• Understanding of technical workflows and stage operations
• High resilience and flexibility regarding working hours
• Excellent German and/or English language skills
