Full-time, fixed-term position (48 hours/week)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Setup, preparation, and technical readiness of all musical instruments and backline equipment for rehearsals and performances
• Adjustment, inspection, and ongoing maintenance of instruments
• Support musicians during soundchecks and performances
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance on instruments
• Safely pack, transport, and store instruments between venues
• Care for, organize, and manage props
• Prepare props during rehearsals and performances
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance on props
• Assist in setup and breakdown planning for backline and props departments
• Collaborate with stage management, sound, and lighting departments to ensure smooth operations
• Document equipment, props, repairs, and special notes
• Ensure smooth workflow during rehearsals and performances

YOUR PROFILE / QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum age: 21 years
• Completed training or several years of experience in backline, audio engineering, live event technology, or props management
• Experience in handling musical instruments and props, ideally in musicals, theater, or touring productions
• Solid knowledge of instrument care, maintenance, and technical workflows
• Experience in preparation, care, and minor repairs of props
• High resilience and flexibility regarding working hours
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Excellent German and/or English language skills
