We are looking for a hardworking, friendly and organised Avid & IT Co-Ordinator to assist in our busy office in North London on a fixed term contract of 12months.You will be looking after our IT and Avid support within the office and for those working remotely in London, South Wales and the West Country.You will be involved in the Production process across a range of genres - House Renovations through to True Crime and Talent led documentaries.From sizzle creation to social media / website content.This is not an entry level role - you would be looking to gain experience to move towards editing or other production roles.We will provide training opportunities and mentoring to progress your career.You must have Avid Media Composer skills at a basic level with complimentary IT skills.Responsibilities include:· Setting up Users and working with the Office Manager andTechnical Co-Ordinator with day-to-day requirements· Media management, wrangling, organising rushes and archive· Encoding, transcoding, ingesting various digital formats· Grouping and synching rushes· Preparing in house Edit Suites, kit, projects and media for theEditors· Basic technical upkeep and installation of software and hardware· Assisting in preparing conforms and deliverables for the online,grade and audio suites including EDL's, AAF's and screeners· Co-ordinating promotional materials for delivery of the programmes· Cutting tasters and highlights from the latest shootsThe job is office based, Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and you must be flexible to work with the Office Team to cover full office opening hours (9am to 7pm), evenings, weekends and bank holidays if required as rostered.Please send your CV and covering email to us.Closing date is Friday 20th May 2022.We are committed to increasing the diversity of our workforce and we particularly encourage applicants from diverse and under-represented backgrounds.More about the companyTin Roof Media was set up in 2015 with aim to become a diverse media company operating in the TV programming section.
