We are looking for an experienced AV Technician / Manager to maintain our excellent standards. The successful candidate will require strong experience in lighting and video control systems as well as a good understanding of audio signal path.

Job Role & Responsibilities:
* Operating the AV systems for club nights and events. Lighting, Sound, LED Screens etc.
* Maintain Lighting & Sound Equipment.
* Advancing shows and events AV Tech Requirements.
* Operating Grand MA2 On PC, Resolume, Madrix.
* Recording and Streaming with 4K cameras and equipment.
* Keeping the sound system running at full spec.
* Make sure the AV team is Staffed and Rotas are made.
* Making sure there is enough stock of things like Smoke Fluid, Pyros, Confettie, Co2 etc.
* Coming up with new creative ideas for shows and the club to implement.
* Making new graphics and animations for the LED screens for both the Club nights and performances but also for private hire events.
* Keeping the studio running, and maintained.
* Taking Studio Bookings.
* Dealing with Hires and Rentals of equipment for sessions.
* Help the creative team with ideas and production for our special events and themed nights.
* Making sure all AV equipment and rigging is safe and kept up to standard with certification etc.

Working Hours:
* Full-time basis.
* 48 hrs weekly with a mix of days and nights (Can be up until 6am).

Salary negotiable based on experience.

Requirements
* At least 3 years experience in required field is essential and experience in the following programming and operating lighting control systems is preferred:
> Lighting -Grand MA2 On PC, Showcad
> Visuals - Resolume Arena
> LED's - Madrix
> Lasers - Quickshow
> Sound - Digico S21, D&B Audio Speakers, PMC Audio Speakers and Amps, Soundweb, Lake Controllers

A love of commercial and hip-hop music would be ideal
