Full Time Audio Producer:

Machine Sound is an award winning audio & music post production company based in the heart of Fitzrovia. As well as our office in London, we have also recently opened an office across the pond in New York.

Our London office is looking for an audio producer to join our busy production department in a full time capacity. The candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 yrs experience working within the advertising industry either in an audio/edit post house, advertising agency or production company. If you're a fun, organized person with a passion for sound and music, we'd love to hear from you.

Role: Full Time
Hours: 9-6pm
Location: Fitzrovia
Salary: Dependant on experience

Working alongside EP, duties include:

? Scheduling and management of daily sessions.

? Project management and budgeting of multiple projects simultaneously

? Leading projects and handling all aspects of internal and external communication.

? Ensuring smooth running of billing from client to accounts dept.

? Organizing travel arrangements and accommodation for staff when needed

? Ensuring the office is running smoothly including maintaining office supplies, organizing couriers, taxi's for clients.

? Good sense of ownership and responsibility

? A team player with great communication skills

? Knowledge of bookings systems an advantage
