The Associate Producer will be a support role for the Video Producers. By attending internal department meetings the Associate Producer will help to follow up on project timelines, deliverables, needed assets, and other support as needed to ensure project deadlines are met. The role requires a highly detail-oriented individual with the ability to juggle multiple project follow-ups as directed by the Video Producers/Operations and communicate independently with team members.

Responsibilities:
* Work closely with Producers and other video team members to support the follow up of timelines across client accounts
* Be responsible for providing Producers with any project updates that will impact timing
* Review daily hot sheet (using Airtable platform) to ensure information is up-to-date
* Attend internal meetings as needed and take notes for recaps
* Coordinate follow up meetings, internal reviews, or vendor calls as needed
* Learn the ins and outs of the video team process for future responsibilities

Requirements:
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Excellent communications skills (written and oral), and analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Be solutions oriented
* Passion for excellence and be extremely detail oriented
* Highly organized, and have the ability to manage workload, manage time, and prioritize tasks
* Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; some database knowledge a plus
* This is an entry-level position
