Associate Producer (German Speaking)

London

Associate Producers provide Creative support for their assigned Instructors in a specific Modality or Market.

They work closely with their specific Instructors to help generate, shape and develop specific classes, programs and other content plans.

They have good creative instincts and are building their knowledge and experience around Producing including but not limited to; research, brainstorming, scripting and storytelling, development, marketing/promotion, social media and aspects of production design.

They work closely with specific Instructors in their Modality or Market, providing feedback and guidance.

They need to have credibility, resilience, emotional intelligence and good communication skills as part of their interactions.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
* Review, refine and improve "Business as Usual" content
> Reviews assigned instructors' class plans and playlists
> Check content is delivered within Peloton's programing guidelines
> Supports the development and execution of class and series content according to Peloton's programming guidelines
* Attends and engages in assigned instructors' Content Development meetings (Content Dev 2), ensuring there is a clear agenda and objectives (in partnership with the Instructor)
> Works closely with the Studio Data/Insights team to understand performance and engagement around classes and to address gaps and opportunities
> Ensure research material/assistance is provided for Instructors (Artist Rides/Themes/Celebrations)
* Demonstrate good knowledge of Peloton Production Manual AND Class Plans/Playlists
> Develops increasing knowledge of Peloton Movements library
> Performs research around relevant competitors and shares that knowledge as part of Editorial planning and decision making
* Review and participate in Instructors' classes, preparing and delivering constructive feedback and providing input and ideas to Instructors and relevant stakeholders
> Watch all assigned instructors' classes and content and provide feedback where required
> Participate in member classes on a regular basis, where possible
> Lead class reviews with assigned instructors (supported by Producers where required)
> Work with Producers and Senior Producers to understand assigned instructors fitness and brand development
* Participate in regular brainstorming sessions (with and without instructors) for new content/class and programme ideas. Support innovation and experimentation (via Pitches, Pilots and other "test and learn" methods).
> Develop pitch documents for new series or class ideas
> Create and maintain targeted 'research packets' (e.g. 90s, Boy Bands, etc)
> Consume (watch) other instructors' classes and content across the platform and social media channels to ensure joined up thinking and comparative feedback
* Support social content creation, according to the Social Media team strategy and plan for specific Instructors
> Engage in ideation sessions for Social Media content to support instructor brands
> Monitor online/social media platforms for assigned instructors
* Takes an active role in personal development. Sets an Individual Development Plan and seeks support from other team members around training and learning initiatives
* Collaborate with Music Supervisors around playlist offerings and Crescendo/catalog updates. Regularly check in with music supervisors to discuss music projects and classes, brainstorm/ideas sessions for artists/music content

YOU BRING TO PELOTON
* Years of experience in Production roles
* Essential: Experience working in a daily, live broadcast environment
* Experience working with on-screen talent
* Fitness Qualifications (e.g. NASM) desirable but not essential. But must be able to show a growing understanding of fitness training and able to credibly work with team members who are fitness experts (including Instructors)
* Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, set priorities and successfully manage multiple assignments concurrently.
* Must be detail oriented, able to work under pressure and possess excellent organizational skills
* Proactive
* Good communication skills, including verbal and interpersonal.
* Ability to hit tight deadlines
* Able to make decisions based upon clear criteria. Knows when to seek help and support.
* Native German speaker, fluent English speaker. Other languages desirable but not essential
