We are a management and Production company, we are 3 years old. You will be working alongside the Financial Controller. There are just two people in the Accounts department with 18 people in the company as a whole.
Ensuring payments are made on time and within approved budgets
Coding and inputting invoices onto production accounting package
Uploading and making payments on banking system
Manage the purchase ledger and petty cash process for each production
Evaluate and approve all purchases during the project
Working with foreign currencies

Person Spec
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Mutli-currency transactional experience is desirable
• Strong Microsoft Excel Skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Confidence and the ability to communicate articulately
• Provides proactive support to team members

The successful candidate will have previous experience within a media or events company with a keen interest in TV and film. Strong analytical skills and an ability to work through problems logically is vital.
