Reporting to the Producer, the Assistant Producer will assist the Producer in the production of the weekly Highlights Show, plus the creation of VT packages for the 'enhanced coverage' of up to three live matches per week. The successful candidates will be required to research, script and edit produce openers and feature items for the live, as well as cut down full games with and without commentary for the Highlights Show. Other responsibilities include assisting the Producer in all editorial aspects of the programming; directing occasional single-camera shoots in the studio and on location and log and review archive and rushes and select suitable material for editing.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Junior Assistant Producer in television production; experience of logging rushes and selecting material for edits and e of supervising edits for promos or short features. Previous experience of both disciplines is advantageous as is an interest in and a knowledge of MLS.

PLEASE NOTE: Weekend work and unsocial hours is necessary. This position will be based in Stockley Park, Uxbridge.
