We're looking for an Assistant Producer (Guest Lead) - Guest Lead to manage the operational and relational side of our podcast. This role focuses on booking guests, scheduling interviews and ensuring a smooth guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
* Reach out to potential guests, agents and publicists
* Manage guest scheduling and availability
* Coordinate recording logistics and follow ups
* Maintain guest database and communication records.
* Support the Host and producers with pre-interview coordination.

Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational skills.
* Comfortable with email, calendar management and scheduling tools
* Interest in Podcasting, storytelling and media
* Previous experience in guest coordination or production support preferred.
