The successful candidate for this role would be working with top-tier talent and visionary creatives as part of a Development Label that's aiming to redefine entertainment - from fact ent and gameshow to access competition and talent formats. You'll gain invaluable experience while helping to deliver formats that connect with audiences worldwide. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND IMPACT: Reporting to the Label Head and Senior Development Executive, you will be required to:Originate and collaborate on the development of distinctive, must-have Entertainment formats that have the potential to be returnable and scalable across channels and platforms. These ideas should have global appeal, building on the success of our established brands.Research and use your knowledge of the latest trends and developments in the premium Entertainment genre in both the UK and international market, and your understanding of commissioner needs to help inform development strategy.Be passionate about talent, and finding vehicles for both established and emerging names.Contribute to the brainstorming of formats and creative problem-solving, ensuring the label's output always feels distinctive and memorable.Produce punchy and premium-looking decks, stand-out sizzles and pitch materials that boast visuals to consistently impress commissioners.YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:A strong communicator and team player with a demonstrable and genuine passion for TVProven experience of working on the development of green-lit original formats at Assistant Producer level in the Entertainment space, specifically innovative Fact Ent ideas, for linear television and streamers. We'd love to hear examples you're most proud of.Experience of working with talent and shaping ideas around personalitiesAn understanding of the current UK and international programming landscape and the ability to identify both gaps in the market and potential new global trends.Versatility and an expansive skillset; including thorough research skills and attention to detail, the ability to write well and generate premium pitch materials that really sell a programme.A creative, proactive mindset with the confidence to share ideas DESIRED BUT NOT REQUIRED:Editing skills (Premiere or similar).Design skills (Photoshop, Canva, PowerPoint/Keynote).
