If the answer is 'yes', we have a fantastic opportunity to join our team on This Morning as a Freelance Assistant Producer working on our dayteams. You'll be working on a broad range of items, including topical stories, showbiz guests, consumer segments and many more.

As an Assistant Producer, you will need to conduct detailed research chats with guests and write detailed, accurate briefs. You will also need to generate original programme ideas and then take ideas from the planning stages to production.



You must also have a flexible approach to work as you will be working to a shift pattern which will include late nights, weekends and bank holidays..

Skills you'll need (minimum criteria)



Experience as a researcher or AP on a magazine show with similar content to This Morning
Experience writing briefs for presenters and briefing high profile guests
Excellent grasp of the Ofcom code
Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to perform under pressure
