About the role:
Assisting producers and senior producers in managing projects from brief to delivery whilst maintaining margins at all times. You will be involved in all the project stages, from preproduction through filming, to post-production. You will also be assigned your own projects which you will run with the supervision of the producer.

Key responsibilities:

* Able to shoot with multiple camera, able to set up lighting and green screen lighting effectively
* Organise shoots - booking locations, casting models, confirming permits and catering where necessary
* Have a strong understanding of digital and how to deliver the best solution;
* Very willing and able to work across multiple campaigns
* Conscientious of budget
* Work closely with respective workflow post production and channel management team members to ensure full visibility and transparency of all live work and upcoming deadlines
* Familiar with creating content for YouTube and other digital platforms
* Ensure all invoices are processed quickly and efficiently to be with Finance and Payroll on time each month, coding these correctly and ensuring rates are adhered to.

A bit about you:

* Previous experience producing for YouTube highly desirable.
* A proven ability to work with efficiency, flexibility, and good humour, understanding the ever-changing video production environment, which could include unsociable hours.
* Excellent communication skills and enjoys interacting and building relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders
* Flexible and collaborative attitude with positive approach to change
* Strives for excellent results and excellent customer service
* Extremely process driven with excellent time management and prioritization skills; able to work effectively under pressure
* Ability to achieve results through influence and problem solving
* Flexible with a can-do attitude - able to work across multiple areas of production, creative, script writing, storyboarding, shooting, post production management.
* High level of emotional intelligence and creatively resilient
* Experience shooting hands POV toyplay, live action, and working with children desirable.
