From the Premier League to La Liga, Serie A, and Bundesliga, to the NFL, NBA and MLB, DAZN is at the heart of the World's major sports. Our revolutionary OTT platform is the only place viewers in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Japan and now Canada can watch some of these major leagues and sports.

As an Assistant Producer within the English Markets team, you will play an important role in supporting the distribution of assets for the DAZN application - whether it be Highlights, magazine programming, other features, interviews and newsworthy content to support the Live output on the Platform. You will ensure the smooth-running of Adobe workspace and associated media and assets, while working alongside the Producers to Archive valuable footage, and create interesting short-form content and contribute to new ideas. You will also have the opportunity to experience and contribute to the substantial and varied Live output. The English Markets team plays a key part in supporting a variety of functions all crucial to the successful development and improvement of this ground-breaking OTT service.

You will be working on a global product with the chance to shape a new generation of sports fans via a video OTT platform that delivers streaming of sport (live and on demand) to customers around the world.

WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR NEW ROLE? % of role
Producing and editing highlights and other content across all Sports. 40%
Supporting Producers and a team of editors to deliver the required VOD content to a high standard in a timely, efficient manner. Liaising with relevant teams to ensure delivery. 30%
Supporting Production team with administrative elements of the delivery of Content - including adding to a Live working distribution document for Highlights and VOD. 10%
Assisting with Archiving of valuable content for both Promos and Programming. 10%
Working on some Live programming and presenting ideas for original and regular non-live content, editing and scripting approved concepts. 10%

DO YOU HAVE THESE ESSENTIALS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AN INTERVIEW? Skill Level (out of 4)
Experience of Sport Production and Broadcasting, and VOD Content. 4
Passionate about Sport with strong editorial skills, ability to work under pressure. 4
Good organisational skills and keen eye for detail, comfortable in a fast-paced environment. 4
Ability to self-cut on non-linear editing tools, and make sound decisions swiftly. 4

DO YOU HAVE THESE DESIRABLES?
A willingness to quickly understand and ability to work across a large variety of sports and media, and prepared to work to a flexible schedule driven by the demands of the sporting calendar.
Knowledge and experience of Avid editing systems and export and upload processes - hands-on experience of non-linear editing and media management processes useful.
Good command of English language and strength to concisely describe key story within content.
