Assistant Producer - Whisper Create (Branded Department)

We are looking for highly-motivated Assistant Producer to join Whisper Create, our fast-paced branded con- tent team. This post would suit somebody who is excited to work with great brands, across a broad spectrum of content. We can guarantee that no day is the same on this team! An interest in sports and automotive would be advantageous, but it's a passion for storytelling and creativity that's the key to the role.

Here's a breakdown of what you'll do (not all of it, just the most important stuff):
• Be a real team player, working closely with your Producer as well as freelance Directors and Re- searchers, bringing to life their ideas
• Organise and produce shoots, as well as edit produce a range of creative content, exceeding the needs and expectations of viewers
• Ensure all content is of a first-class standard, thoroughly researched with all necessary permissions and approvals clearly documented and factually correct
• Great attention to detail from inputting into client facing decks to being a key part of the delivery of a finished film
• Work effectively with other departments, clients and partners (both internal and external), maintain- ing Whisper's excellent relationships and communication
• Ensure that output complies with Whisper's editorial, technical, design and accessibility standards, whilst always working to the company's Health and Safety policy
• Uphold the reputation of the company by embodying the ethos of Whisper Knowledge, Skills and

Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience
• A good understanding of the production process from ideation to delivery
• Ability to spot and develop a good story, devise and develop strong creative ideas, working closely
with a Director and Producer
• Ability to write clear and concise material for briefs, scripts and digital platforms
• Strong research techniques and the ability to verify the accuracy of material
• Strong knowledge of Whisper's editorial guidelines and compliance policies, or a willingness to es-
tablish this quickly
• Ability to work collaboratively and clearly with the wider production and senior management teams
• Understanding of the budgeting and resources required to deliver varied projects as well as experi-
ence in negotiation
• Experience with complex workloads and multiple filming days, consistently prioritising and delivering
to deadlines, reacting positively to changes and conflicts
• Experience of being on set, dealing with clients, key stakeholders, locations and crew
• Strong communication, decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Experience maintaining multiple production projects in both an organisational and editorial sense
• A demonstrable level of creativity with the ability to bring a fresh new approach to creating engaging
and evolving output
• A can-do attitude and a positive outlook!

Location: Although flexible working is offered, the base for this position will be Kew, London but you will be required to work on location at times.

Working Days: This role will require a degree of flexibility and weekend working. You will be expected to work with the team to plan a schedule based on production requirement. Lieu days will be given for any days worked over a five-day week. Whisper offer the option of flexitime hours subject to production requirements.
