We are looking for an experienced AP/Researcher to assist our East London production office.

The position will start remotely but may transfer into the office in Hackney when lockdown eases.

We are an education production company specialising in complex academic and hard hitting social topics, our clients are world leaders in education and include The BBC, The Open University and Discovery Education.

You will have experience and interest across multiple short form productions, communicating with clients within the education broadcast world. With a strong commitment and the belief in educational films as a powerful change for good in society.

Must be able to handle working in a fast paced production office dealing with many projects simultaneously to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities include sourcing and liaison with contributors, production research, finding and clearing suitable archive material from a variety of sources. Handling shoot schedules and call sheets, dealing with kit and crew.

Clear communication with the production office with an awareness and attention to deadlines within a complex production schedule with multiple deliverables across various active and developing projects is key.

Preferred skills include:
Database management and data organisation within an archive of backup hard drives.
Prepping simple exports in Final Cut and Premiere.
Digital literacy and remote agile working on systems such as Trello and cloud collaboration via google docs.
Excellent organisation skills and clear and professional communication.

3 - 5 days per week - 6 week contract to start and potential for ongoing renewal.
