Directors Cut Productions is looking for an experienced Assistant Producer or Researcher to work on this year's "South Bank Sky Arts Awards" which will take place on Sunday 18th July in London. The ideal person must be able to work in a small team; manage tight deadlines and pressurised scenarios; deal with very high-profile talent; be constantly aware of developments and current events across the Arts; offer ideas for contributors and artists to take part in the Event; suggest and secure talent and in particular live music performers; be involved in both pre-recorded filming sequences and live filming on the day; have excellent communication skills and an attention to detail; collate large amounts of research and provide meticulous and accurate briefing documents; must have a genuine interest in and knowledge of the British Arts.Contract dates are 4th May to 21st July and include the event weekend of 17th and 18th July. We are based in Central London but currently home-working. However, the successful candidate would need to work with the team from our office in the two weeks leading up to the event, subject to Covid restrictions and UK Government guidance at that time.
