Reporting to Producers & the Senior Producer, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting on the editorial production of programmes for the Premier League, chiefly coordinating VT in a busy gallery environment. Key responsibilities will include brainstorming, planning, researching and editing high quality content for shows; creating features and cutting openers, closers and various montages; backing up of footage for future use; guiding Editorial Assistants and liaising with talent and producers.

The Assistant Producer will be responsible for VT coordinating our flagship Matchday Live programme and other Content Service shows and/or work in a live studio environment; directing multi-camera shoots off-site and conducting interviews with contributors as necessary, plus logging and reviewing rushes to select suitable material for editing.

Applicants must have previous experience as an Assistant Producer in a live gallery environment; experience of coordinating VT in a live gallery environment; excellent knowledge of the Premier League and experience of idea generation for promos, montages or features.
