Based in Milton Keynes. RoleAs part of the in-house team, you will be generating and working on ideas, that will inspire and entertain our audience from initial idea through pitch to completion. You will be a reliable, confident multi-skilled proactive person who is capable of assisting in all aspects of production from research to finished product, and who can work to strict deadlines. A self starter with self shooting and / or editing experience (Final Cut Pro), you will have a Production/Media degree or equivalent, possess excellent communication and computer skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. Your role is directly responsible to the producer. You will provide an essential communication link between all parties involved in any particular project, including the production team, freelance crews and the client. Key duties will include:• Research, administration and logistics• Picture / Footage / Music research - researching briefs, obtaining material, producing licence agreements and providing assets to designers/editors• Organising logistics of shoots - booking crew & kit, actors, organising accommodation and travel, producing shoot schedules, co-ordinating VO recording sessions and assisting on the production team on the shoots• Logging, organising assets and creating a rough cut in Final Cut Pro• Maintaing H3's social media accounts (Twitter, Facebook) and Blog (WordPress), ensuring these are updated regularly You will be involved at all stages of a project, working alongside everyone from early stages until completion. Your eye for detail and postproduction skills will be essential in the closing stages.This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual who will be required to manage production planning and scheduling as well as filming and editing.RequirementsApplicants will need a proven track record in creating video content, both filming and editing (minimum 2 years experience). You should have experience in producing fast turnaround video content and have a passion for storytelling and a flair for creativity whilst understanding the role of video within a corporate context. Excellent communication and administration skills are key to the role.
