Assistant Producer - Development

London & Remote Working HYBRID

We are Buzz 16! We create the very best in live and non-live sports entertainment for linear and digital platforms, working with the biggest stars in sport, across the world's leading broadcasters.

We are growing and looking for an Assistant Producer - Development to join our talented development team on an initial 3-month contract. We're also interested in hearing from Researchers who are looking to take the next step in their career.

Reporting to the Head of Development, this role will involve developing and pitching ideas, plus researching concepts, and writing decks.

What you'll be doing...
* Developing and writing up brand new content ideas for linear and digital platforms
* Compiling pitch slates for different broadcasters.
* Responding to brand briefs for our own YouTube Channels.
* Bringing ideas to life by designing and writing decks.
* Collaborating with internal teams to develop and deliver proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential clients.

Requirements
Who you are...
* You have a keen eye and love for a multitude sports.
* You have a strong understanding of talent in the sporting and entertainment space.
* We'd love you to have experience in a similar role, good knowledge of the sporting world and excellent English writing skills.
* You have a strong understanding of the live and non-live sport TV landscape, as well as understanding both traditional and SVOD broadcasters.
* You're proactive, hands on and a team player!
* You successfully communicate your ideas and apply critical thinking in your work.
* You have a keen eye for trends and themes and enjoy creating innovative visual proposals through extensive research, exploration, and visual development.
* You understand CANVA.
* It would be amazing if you also know photoshop / InDesign.
