Assistant Digital Producer

London

We are looking for an Assistant Digital Producer assisting in the development, creation, delivery and marketing of digital editorial and digital commercial content around some of the biggest shows on TV.

This output includes digital video, graphic design, podcasts, visual and written content across social media and other digital platforms such as mobile games and VR/AR. The role will also be involved in the development and delivery of second screen experiences into new and existing Fremantle UK TV shows and their integration into the first screen.



Main Duties andResponsibilities

Work closely with the Digital Producer, Executive Digital Producer and TV production teams to create entertaining, innovative and engaging digital content and experiences around a variety of FMUK shows and in response to commercial sponsorship briefs

Help create strong, visually impactful presentations to accompany digital propositions

Liaise with TV producers and production teams across the FMUK labels to help develop digital propositions across social media, second screen, mobile apps / games and VR / 360

Assist in the production of digital video content and podcasts

Reporting on social performance and other campaign results as required

Assist in the production and delivery of digital content throughout the broadcast period



Essential Skills and Experience

Junior digital producer - ideal for someone with some existing experience

Experience in development and delivery of digital content in a TV company

Experience working on sponsored content / branded entertainment digital activations

Experience with social media management

Basic editing and photoshop skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Experience pulling together ideas and presentations in a short timescale

Must be proficient in the use of Photoshop, Premier, Keynote and Microsoft Office

Desirable Skills and Experience

Experience working on Live television interactive entertainment

Experience in a TV studio / shooting environment

A great eye for design

Experience with VR / AR / 360 editing

After Effects / Motions graphics

Key Capabilities and Knowledge

Strong writing and analytic skills

Branded content and digital sponsorship activations

Basic understanding of the creative aims and demands of digital projects and able to communicate ideas into practical reality

Proactively acquires knowledge of new technologies and platforms

Good understanding of new technology with a commitment to constantly keep up to date

A great eye for design; understanding of the design process and its importance

Share knowledge and information with team to help inform digital strategy

Work harmoniously in a team, willing to help out others

Excellent inter-personal, communication and relationship building skills

Actively demonstrate willingness to work flexibly across range of output

Available to attend filming out of hours including weekends

Available to travel for work when required

Resilient,flexible, and willing to depart from plans when occasion demands

Ability to work under pressure

Confidence,assertiveness and sound editorial judgement

Embraces the responsibility of a role with wide areas of interest in a proactive,positive and effective manner
