On tour in the UK

The UK tour of The Da Vinci Code are recruiting for an Assistant Stage Manager (Bookcover).
Simon Friend Entertainment are touring The Da Vinci Code based on the best-selling novel by Dan Brown. This epic thriller will be brought to life with a star cast and using lighting, sound, projection and flying pieces. The production will be touring the UK from 3rd January 2022 until Saturday 12th November 2022 with weeks out over August. The Assistant Stage Manager (Bookcover) position will begin w/c 29th November 2021 (with a holiday week w/c 27th December).
The ASM (Book Cover) will report to the Company Stage Manager, and work as part of the stage management team, overseeing all aspects of the physical production of The Da Vinci Code both in performance, rehearsal and ongoing maintenance and repair.
The ideal candidate will have book calling experience on complicated plays or musicals, assisted with pre-sets and resets, have an understanding of Qlab, experience sourcing/maintaining props and an ability to contribute where necessary to get-ins. This role will have a stage track during performances. This is not an exhaustive list of duties and may include other similar tasks as required.
Salary and other payments will be in line with the UKT/Equity Agreement.
