FitXR is seeking a multi-talented Art Director with a passion for VR and Fitness to join and help grow the department, providing strong leadership in creating the visual identity for the companies projects, alongside Branding, Marketing and Social Media content.

This is a permanent position based at our studio in South Bank, London, a 10-minute walk from London Waterloo and London Blackfriar with the option for remote work.

Responsibilities:

To plan, schedule, and manage the art teams tasks, clearly identifying priority, resources, impact, deliverables, and success metrics.

Collaborating with designers and stakeholders to determine the visual elements in the game and be in charge of their lifecycle.

Working with our CTO & COO to set the technical standards of the art team and its workflows to ensure implementation meets these requirements.

Willing to be hands-on when needed, with tasks ranging from concept, 3D modelling to VFX, and optimisation.

Requirements

3+ years as an Art Director.

A strong record of team management.

Proven record of working within VR on multiple projects.

Provide a strong portfolio with examples of concept to final production examples.

Experience with working with both Marketing and Social Media content teams.

A keen interest in Fitness.
