Are you an enthusiastic, ideas-driven animator with the ability to communicate creatively? Can you design innovative styleframes and see a project through from ideation to delivery? Do you want to work with a team of super enthusiastic and creative people in an award-winning creative agency? Then we want to hear from you!

We're on the lookout for an awesome Animator/2D Motion Graphic Designer to join the Learning Film Team. This is a great opportunity to put your stamp on a growing and successful team on a mission to reinvent and challenge the industry! We are a fun and hard-working team who take pride in what we do!

You will be working across multiple creative animation projects for high-profile clients in a range of industries. You will work closely with a team of unique personalities, from talented producers, designers, learning consultants and animators. The team turn around multiple projects quickly, efficiently and to high specifications.

Key skills

* Develop treatments, storyboards and reviewing scripts with scriptwriters.
* Create explainer videos from script to final render, including style frames and animation ready assets.
* Communicate your ideas clearly and concisely to clients and colleagues.
* Work in a variety of styles - adhere to brand guidelines whilst being confident to push boundaries.
* Illustrate and rig characters with personality.
* Design and produce motion graphics on top of live footage.
* Stay cool under pressure and manage multiple projects at the same time.
* Produce engaging videos within tight deadlines.
* Manage projects with multiple stakeholders.
* Hire and manage freelancers where appropriate.
* Positive attitude, strong work ethic and the ability to work as part of a team is a must.
* This is a role that needs a confident, enthusiastic individual who was first to put their hands up in class and isn't afraid to try stuff out.

Requirements

* At least 3 years' experience inhouse or agency side with knowledge of the production workflow.
* Experienced with the Adobe Creative Suite - with After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop being essential.
* Clearly demonstrate and show examples of production experience.
* Basic knowledge of Premiere Pro and the ability to put an assembly edit together is a real bonus.
