Animation Producer

We're on the lookout for an Animation Producer to join our growing team at RD Content.
You will join a dynamic and exciting content agency based in the heart of London who create content for the world's biggest brands, games, sports teams and businesses. The right candidate will be somebody who thrives in fast-paced, creative environments, is passionate about animation and storytelling and has the drive to create high-quality content. You will be part of a creative and collaborative team where your ideas and contributions are valued with opportunities for advancement within our expanding studio.
The role will entail:
* Coordinating the creation of diverse animated content for multiple digital platforms from pitching through to delivery
* Allocating and leading project teams of directors, animators and designers to bring ideas to life whilst ensuring productive workflows, clear communication and effective collaboration
* Acting as the primary point of contact between creative teams and client stakeholders. Ensure that project goals, creative visions, and delivery expectations are aligned and communicated effectively.
* Develop and manage detailed production schedules and budgets. Track and report on project progress, identify risks, and adjust plans to meet deadlines and all associated requirements
Qualifications and experience:
* A passion for animation and storytelling.
* Demonstrated success in managing multiple animation projects simultaneously, from concept to final delivery.
* Experience coordinating workflows across pipelines such as C4D, Maya, Nuke and Unreal.
* Strong project management skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to balance creativity with operational efficiency.
* Excellent leadership and team-building abilities.
* Brilliant communication skills and the ability to work on your own initiative and make intelligent, reasoned decisions under pressure.
* Budgeting and scheduling expertise using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or specialised production software (e.g. Shotgun, FTrack, or similar).
* Experience overseeing project budgets exceeding £100,000
* High energy, ambitious and extremely motivated to be the best at what you do, and constantly eager to learn.
* A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
