Work with Production, Leads and Supervisors to create, implement and run the schedule, track and manage the workflow through the departments and meet internal and external deadlines

Assist HOD's with scope breakdowns and support with any issues

Track costs and progress of feature project reporting this on a weekly basis

Manage shotgun information for project and Artists

Anticipate and communicate issues to the Director and Supervisors in order to resolve problems quickly

Manage edits alongside the Editorial department

Manage resources and communicate clearly any issues in a timely manner

Facilitate project dailies, rounds and meetings

Oversee delivery of shots to client

Manage relationship with client and provide verbal and written updates regularly

Ensure communication flows between coordinators, artists and supervisors

Communicate feedback from the client/supervisors directly to HODs/Leads/Artists

Requirements:

Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate, mentor and develop a production team

Experience of working in a similar role for a feature production is essential

Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to anticipate potential challenges and make difficult decisions

A strong sense of initiative, and the ability to self manage, multi-task and prioritize

Enjoy working under pressure in a fast paced, dynamic environment
