Overview of the Role
We're looking for a hands-on AI Artist & Video Creator to help bring AI-powered visuals into commercial, branded, and social-first content. This is a practical, creative role for someone who enjoys experimenting with emerging tools and turning that experimentation into compelling visual stories.
You'll work closely with our creative and production teams to explore how generative AI can sit alongside live action, animation, and post-production workflows - always in service of great storytelling.

What You'll Do
Translate creative briefs into high-quality, AI-enhanced visual content
Experiment with generative image, video, and audio tools to develop new creative approaches
Create and refine prompts for image-to-video and text-to-video workflows
Edit and polish AI-generated content using After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
Integrate AI visuals into live-action and animated projects where appropriate
Collaborate with in-house and freelance creatives to deliver client-ready work
Stay up to date with emerging platforms and tools, sharing learnings with the team
Use AI tools ethically, securely, and responsibly

Who You Are (Skills & Qualities)
Must-Haves:
Experience creating video or motion content using AI tools
A strong visual eye and sense of what works on screen
Comfortable experimenting with prompts and new platforms
Video editing or motion skills (AE, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
Understanding of post-production workflows and visual storytelling
Curious, adaptable, and keen to explore new creative approaches

Fluent in English
Nice-to-Haves:
Background in VFX, motion design, or creative technology
Familiarity with audio editing, colour grading, or animation
Basic scripting or automation knowledge
Interest in AI workflow optimisation
